02Do I need a subscription to apply for jobs?
No, and you never will. Credits are how applications are bought: one credit, one application, with nothing to subscribe to before they work. Credits do not renew and they do not expire, so if your search stops for a month you are not paying for a month of nothing.
What happens if I stop using it for a while?
Nothing at all. Your credits stay where they are — they never expire and they are not attached to a subscription that could lapse and take them with it. Job hunting comes in waves, and it would be a poor deal if riding one out cost you what you had already paid for.
How many applications will one search give me?
Up to 10, and usually close to it if your criteria are not too narrow. A search looks across the boards, scores everything it finds against your profile, and writes applications for the best of them — so the number depends on what is actually advertised that day. You are only ever charged a credit for an application that gets written, never for the looking.
How often should I search?
Twice a day is plenty, and that is the limit for a reason. Job ads stay up for weeks, and we skip roles we have already written to you about, so a second search a few hours later is mostly the same ads again. The work that gets you interviews is in the applications, not in refreshing the list. Search in the morning, sign off the batch, and search again later if something new has landed.
Are these prices in Australian dollars?
Yes, and nothing gets added at checkout. What you see is exactly what leaves your account. Because we are Australian owned and operated there is no exchange rate and no international transaction fee from your bank.
Who actually sends the application?
You do, and it takes about a minute. We find the roles, score every one of them against your experience, write the resume and the cover letter for each, and where the ad names a recruiter we write that email too. Then it all comes back to you in one place: both documents, the link to the posting, the email ready to copy, and your saved answers to the questions their form is going to ask.
