How it works
Answer five questions in your own words and tell us what you are going for. That is enough for us to start searching. Your resume comes later, when there is something to write, and it is the material we edit from.
On the days you choose. We search Seek, Indeed and LinkedIn, then score every role we find against your actual experience, so you only see the ones worth your time.
Every application is rewritten for the role, and then we go back over our own work the way a recruiter would read it, looking for the phrases that give a machine away. Anything we find, we fix before it reaches you.
One at a time, or the whole batch at once. Every role comes back finished: both documents, the link to the posting, your saved answers ready to copy into their form, and where the ad names a recruiter, the email to them already written. Sending it takes a minute. The searching, the matching and the writing are what we take off you.
We never log in as you. We don't ask for your Seek or LinkedIn password, and we don't automate your accounts.
We don't disguise ourselves to get past an employer's application portal. Both breach their terms, and the consequence would land on your account, not ours.
Nothing is sent that you haven't read. There is no setting that changes that.

Dear Dana,
I'm applying for the Clinical Nurse position in your emergency department. I've spent the last four years on an acute medical ward at Riverbank, and I pick up triage shifts in ED most months, so the pace isn't a surprise to me.
The part of your ad that made me apply was the line about supporting graduates through their first year. I precept two or three every year. What I've learned is that most of them don't need more clinical teaching. They need someone to tell them that the shift they're still thinking about at 3am was handled properly. I'd want to keep doing that work.
I'd also bring something practical. After three near-misses in a quarter, I rewrote how we do handover on our ward. It took a fair bit of arguing to get it adopted, and we haven't had one since. I'm told your department is looking at the same problem.
